At Shani Wigs, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unaltered products in their original packaging. Please ensure the lace remains uncut and all tags are attached to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring the lace is intact and all protective nets are in place to prevent tangling during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for confirmation.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the wig's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
